Plough Mixer

The mixer consists of conveying system, horizontal body, shears and cutters. With the function of cutters, the material makes convection movement along with the cylinder wall, and splashed by the cutters when the materials flow through the high speed rotated cutters, thus achieving uniform mixing in a short period of time. The mixer can apply to the work of mixing solid and liquid and some compound process such as producing wet powder and drying, especially to the mixing of viscosity or colloid additive. It is applicable for solid-solid mixing and solid-liquid mixing. It is widely used in the industries which manufacturing products such as chemical, medicine, animal medicine, foodstuff, feedstuff, additive of feedstuff, plastic, etc. Its structure is specially designed for mixing the solid at the same time adding the liquid, and for mixing the wet granule whose diameter is ranging from 0.3-3mm.
