Finisseur et blocs en béton Making Machine

This machine is designed to produce more products than ug-025 and ug-020. In the mortar sustention part of the machine, there is ugm-1000 mixer which has 1000 dm3 capacity of mortar blend right along with cement silo, bunker, sand belt and mortar conveyor. Ug-036, Concrete Paver and Block Making Machine have 90-130 pallet production capacity in an hour. There can be produced Block, Concrete Paver, kerb and grass stone via changing pattern.
With ug-036 in one print, there can be produced 36 units of concrete paver or 18 units of Briquette (Block) with dimensions of 20x40x20 cm. In the machine, all movements are provided with hydraulic system and controls with plc system. Through this system, all malfunctions forming on the machine, number of compressions and products that machine produces and all other functions can be easily observed. Products coming out of the machine can be organized by using footed wood pallets with stacking robot.
