Conical Double Screw Mixer

The machine's mixing parts is asymmetrically cantilevered with two combined helixes; one is longer than the other. They make rotation circle around their axes and at the same time make revolution circle around the cone's center axis, by which the material will be elevated repeatedly and form shearing, convection and diffusing in the cone cylinder to realize perfect mixing effect. The standard products include double motors drive (a type) and single motor drive (b type). The standard double screws cone-shape mixer is equipped with two agitating augers, yet single (a long auger), double (two dissymmetrical augers with different length) or triple(three symmetrical screws with two long and one short) augers can be adopted in fact according to the size of the device; theoretically, the more angle augers there are, the better the mixing effect is. Conical double screws mixer is widely applied to mix powder with powder(solid-solid) products such as the material related to chemical, medicine, dyestuff, foodstuff, pigment, ceramic glaze, feedstuff, construct material, rare earth, coating, etc. It is widely adaptable for the mixing materials, suitable for the heat sensitive material. It won't grind the granule material to pieces, and also can avoid the sub-chip isolation phenomenon when mixing the materials with big differences in density and granularity sizes. No residue left inside the conical cylinder.
