v model mixer is composed of two cylinders welded together into a v-shaped containers, the shape of the container is non-symmetrical, relative to the axis. With rotary movement, the powder in the leaning cylinder repeatedly and continuously alternate, split and merge. The material is transmitted from one area to another stochastically, and the powder particles slip, and are piled up continuously. The powder particles are constantly distributed in the newly created surface. The mixer is repeatedly shearing, diffusing and mixing, leaving no mixing dead angle. It is widely used to mix powder of good fluidity and little differences, such as the products of pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.
