Vitamine B2
Vitamine B2
:Description :Vitamin B2: minimum 800,000 mg/kg of activity.
Properties :Vitamin B2, or riboflavin, is necessary for the metabolism in all animals. It is one of the vitamins most likely to be deficient in the diets generally used to feed pigs and poultry, based on grains and protein supplements of vegetable origin.
Vitamin B2 is necessary as a part of many essential enzymes for the use of carbohydrates, fats and proteins.
Requirements :Riboflavin requirements can vary with genetics, growth, environmental characteristics, age, activity, state of health, the presence of other dietary components and synthesis. Many studies have suggested that the requirements of this vitamin are lower when the animal reaches maturity and that they increase with reproductive activity.
